***1977 Cadillac Eldorado*** 1977 was the beginning of the end for large American luxury coupes. Many manufacturers were in the process of downsizing their models as the Ford Thunderbird had undergone its first downsizing as well as the Chevrolet Monte Carlo undergoing a downsizing for the 1978 model year. However, Cadillac would hold out a little while longer before shrinking their flagship model. For 1977, Cadillac ditched the massive 500ci V8 in favor of the smaller but still ridiculously large 425ci V8 that made a whopping 195hp. The engine is mated to a transversal mounted 3 speed transmission powering the front wheels. This particular Eldorado was recently repainted in a beautiful silver with red pinstripe which is actually a paint scheme from the 1978 model Eldorado’s. The interior is a beautiful late 70s red and shows no excessive wear or any damage to speak of. All accessories work as they should, including the air conditioner. It should be noted that the A/C has be wired to operate off of a switch mounted to the drivers side footwell as the factory A/C temperature gauge is inoperable, but only needs a replacement connection to be operable again. The radio works like a dream, however a new antenna would be needed if the retractable function is expected to work. Mechanically the car is solid and drives like a dream. There are not many cars that drive as comfortably as an old Eldorado, so why don’t you come down to Iconic Motors and see just how comfy and luxurious this eighteen and a half foot monster really is. Features List: -425ci V8 -3 Speed Automatic -A/C -AM/FM Radio -Bench Seats -Arm Rests for driver and passenger -Fresh Paint Job -Vinyl Roof -Iconic Late 70s Style
